Build your capacity to conduct program evaluations using an IDEa lens. Tailored for public and non-profit organizations serving diverse communities, this online course equips both internal evaluation teams and those managing external evaluators with the tools to embed inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) principles into every stage. The course integrates IDEA across five key steps of the evaluation process: pre-planning, choosing frameworks, data collection, analysis and impact reporting.

This course is delivered online over two half day sessions. We incorporate case studies and real world examples to translate foundational principles into practice.
