Drawing on over 20 years of sector experience, she partners with leaders across the human social services sector to transform strategic vision into healthy, supportive workplaces, robust programs, and community impact.
Her approach combines rigorous foundation in human and social sciences with extensive expertise in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). She offers evidence-based guidance and practical tools that empower organizations to navigate complex systemic challenges both internally and across the community to deliver tangible, long-term change.

Trina brings creative thinking and a solution-focused mindset to helping organizations reach their goals with purpose. She helps people and ideas connect for personal and professional growth through customized inclusion and Reconciliation work.
Trina is the President and Chief Creative Spirit of Bridging Concepts. She is a full status member of the Ojibwe community of Mattagami First Nation and brings a perspective sped by both Indigenous and French cultural backgrounds. She specializes in Indigenous diversity training, helping teams reflect on their Reconciliation journeys, identify goals, and develop practical plans. She also holds a Certificate of Adult Education from Brock University, an international Classroom Technical Trainer designation CommpTIA certification from the True Colours system, and is a certified member of the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).

Kris has over a decade of experience in applied social research, youth employment strategy and policy, and cross-sector partnership building in community and cultural development. Kris is a Metcalf Foundation and Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Fellow (2018–2019), a former Research Associate (lead on the Contextualized Essential Skills portfolio) for the Ontario Centre for Workforce Innovation (OCWI-COIE), and a sessional lecturer at Ryerson University, where he teaches qualitative research design, career and professional planning, academic writing, and professional communications.

Chanel has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, and brings a range of expertise from working with Foundations, multi-service non-profit organizations, and within the public sector specifically through a diversity, equity and inclusion lens. Chanel's work is focused on equity, intersectionality, amplifying the voices and experiences of underrepresented groups and supporting the conditions for meaningful participatory engagement. She is a seasoned trainer and leadership coach who integrates equity-based approaches.
